Selling my Jonsered 670. Original except for the top covers and some other small bits which another member helped me with. I epoxied the air filter cover tip as shown in the pics. Runs very well. Has a new brake band. Original 50mm Mahle cylinder and I assume piston as well - I haven't had it apart. Original JONSERED labeled bar and newer chain. Saw is not perfect though. Case has some cracks around kill switch and right side top cover stud. Stud holes were stripped so I tapped the holes and made new studs. This was a great firewood saw for the short time I used it. Ready to go to work.

Compression is right about 150 (borrowed tester leaks down some, so pic shows it slightly lower than actual)

Interested to know what this does eventually go for. I just got two 670's myself and will be selling them.

I think $250 is a good deal on a solid, older pro saw. Maybe just not the season.

Thanks for the bumps and kind words.

Forgot to mention - the bar is 16". Kind of under-sized considering it's a 66cc saw, but that's what was on it when I got it.

Yes it is essentially a Husky 266. Differences being the angle of the top handle, the intake system uses an external pulse line on a Jonsered, and the carb has a fast idle detent where as a Husky has a thumb catch on the rear handle to do that.

Open to offers.

Check the completed sales here:

You should get about $250 to $275 for it.

I didn't look at all the sold listings, but they ALL sold, and range from $390 to $257 for original saws not rebuilt.

A little clean up and cosmetic improvement, I bet you'd get $270 for it.

None available at the moment either.

Compression test photo is always a good selling point as well.

How about 175? I pay the ride. 200 you pay the ride. Or.. A trade for a 200t running? Or.. Who knows. Let me know what you think.

More interested in cash than trades, but try me. I'm always looking for Husky 362, 365, 372 and 385, 390 basket case saws, grab bag parts lots, etc.

Yes - bar is Husky large mount. The one that's on it in the pics is a Windsor, but has JONSEREDS painted on the clutch side of the bar.
