This is a complete powerhead, minus muffler and mesh screen on starter 3 of 4 starter screw holes are semi-stripped and have odd screws in them, plenty of room to drill and tap holes one size larger. This is a later model, one-piece flywheel saw. Has good compression (pic), crank rolls over freely with no play. No spark 
and spark plug boot is seperate from spark plug wire. It is obviously used but seems in pretty good shape for the age. av's are good except lower rear handle buffer which is pretty toast. Rear handle near lower av buffer is also rough. Air filter intact and filter cover/spark plug have some paint missing but no cracks. Didnt pull clutch drum to check condition of clutch (inboard clutch) but this seems to have been a good running saw prior to loss of spark. This thing is a tank so i would like to split actual shipping 50/50, and am open to offers (hopefully offers that make it worth shipping
