Bought a cheap auction saw. Pulled the filter cover and had no plug wire (ant maybe coil, didnt pull side cover yet)

All the stickers are gone mostly and the tag is missing. How do i tell model? Maybe a 630 or 670? I read something about 1 and 2 coils which i will look into (or spots were 1 or 2 used to be)

Will add pics, has a metal off switch and not a plastic slide switch if that helps

The 630 had the plastic intake, 625 & 670 had the boots. Looking at the top cover screw locations it's s two piece coil case

2 piece ignition yes, 630 no.
I'd go 625 on this one, that's the rubber boot intake. Also looks to be a 625 cylinder with the fins near the bottom and higher plug angle...

I would have to agree that it's a 625. I don't see the bubbles on the bottom of the cylinder for the transfers. Sorry I thought I saw the plastic intake. To bad, the 630 is a fun saw.

Lol thanks. Im a locksmith and can do the same with lock hardware... but just like every occupation, stick to the professionals. I figured 4 hours of research on my own or a 2 mins post to ask someone who knows. Thanks guys!
