Very nice looking and fully functional fireplace insert. It has heated our home well for several years.

- Very good condition
- Includes 40" x 31 5/8" cast iron surround
- Insert is 18" deep x 30" wide x 23 3/4" tall
- Accepts up 24" logs
- 65,000 BTU/hr.
- Heats up to 2000 sq. ft.
- 71% efficient
- Emissions are 4.5 g/hr.
- Dual variable speed blowers at 90 CFM each
- 550 lb. cast iron and welded steel box
- It is still installed so that you can see it in operation.
- Come and see it before I remove it!!!
- Right and left baffles are 4 years old
- Right blower was replaced spring of 2020
- Left blower is 2 years old
- Includes new spare right hand baffle and door gasket.
- I am replacing this fireplace insert with a larger insert
- Located about 10 miles east of Lima, Ohio
