Kids and firewood

Gotta love watching kids work.
I'm not Amish either, but they do a great job teaching their kids good work ethic.
I remember seeing an Amish boy about 5 with a string around his waist going to a push mower(the manual ones)and a boy a little older pushing the thing, getrdun, I love that.
Many would say I'm religious, but I'm mainly concerned with what one thinks about that .
Here's one of 2 of my little guys a couple weeks back, their 8 and 10.

My one year old daughter gathered a whole tote of sticks form the yard. She’s happy as long as she is outside and doing whatever I’m doing. I’m glad to see that others spend time doing everything with kids. There might be hope for the world yet.

Finally got around to adding some pictures. The youngest falls asleep everytime I bring him with. I just lean him back on the seat and let him nap.

Our midwife actually works with several Amish families nearby. She's very good at what she does. It's been a rough pregnancy so far. My wife has HG, very nauseous all the time. I've been wearing myself out taking care of everything at home, working full time, and trying to keep up with things. My wife normally does a ton, definitely appreciate that.

Those are great, makes me smile .
I used to take the kids on a quick quad ride when I wanted my youngest to sleep lol.
My 10yr old was 8 I think in this picture, he asked to help me and then got a little whiny. I had told him if he came out and din't go to bed with the rest he would be there until the trailer load was done . The next day I got him a 3 pack of LED headlamps for hanging tough, he liked that.

I've had my son on the atv since he could walk. He fell asleep while I was plowing the driveway a few weeks ago that was a challenge. Lol he falls asleep on the lawn mower too.
