Discovering Solo 470 blower was the best thing I ever researched. This machine makes all other blowers seem like fun toys. Initally I knew it needs an exhaust gasket but parts from Newport News were far off so I used it anyway. Within three months the small hole in the gasket had expelled a massive amount of Black Tar materials. Mixing the proper amounts of oil and gas have never been my long suit so I purchased a GasMizer mixing measurer to get the proper 50-1 proportions. I used it according to directions on the unit. I need to correct this situation with the yuch! that is coming for the exhaust since I repaired the leaking gasket all that "tar" will clog but the muffler itself. Will someone please inform me where I went wrong? Thanks
