I want to sell birch and basswood products online. These would still have the bark attached and not be finished / sealed. Are there any legal considerations? Thanks for your help. I do appreciate it.

You'll need to check your local area/state laws as well as the area that it'd be going to.
You may be required to put in a high temp kiln... usually 160* min for at least a few hours.

YES No wood products go to Arizona or Arizona product to California. Pretty much all products going into California are not allowed. To get certified with the kiln process is very difficult. Your states might have a lesser amount of regulation although. Thanks
