Looking for Stihl Trimmer Parts

I know this is the chainsaw forum, but I figure that many of the participants here might be able to help.

I am looking for a cylinder and piston or a whole engine for a Stihl FS66 or FS56 Trimmer (they are the same).

My neighbor was kind enough to run straight gas through mine!

The vast majority of the time, used cylinder and head are a waste of time and money. And new parts can cost as much or more than the unit cost to begin with. Sounds like your neighbor just bought you a new trimmer (and himself a piece of trash). Hand your neighbor the dead trimmer and point him in the direction of the local dealer. He can bring you back a new one.
