ha found the glitch on the drive!!
some engineer some where placed a steel spacer between the 2 drive coils..
we always used orings for spacer seals between the coils!
the steel was extending the flux lines on the drive coils!
a real duh ha moment!!
lol a real hydraulic controls 101 thing!!
I still have a surging at idle issue..
it has an after market coil on the injection pump...
I suspect that or the pin to pump spacing might be wrong.
these are variable fuel flow on the coil control.

ha!! I found my drive glitch!!!
turned out they had steel spacers between the coils on the spools for the valve body...
lol basic hyd controls 101 stuff!!
we always used nylon or large fat orings.. then use dielectric grease on the housing to help keep the spool housing from corrosion.
rained out today...
more in a couple of days..
I have a glitch on the idle...
I think they used the wrong actuator for the throttle..
cheap china unit on it now...

I found the drive glitch!
they had metal spacers on the tandem hyd coils!
they should to have been plastic or just orings!
I used thick orings... and then a bit of red grease on the shaft to keep the coil rust at bay..

back to the spacers... the metal spacers extend the flux lines of the coils...
bad deal if you are doing forward and reverse action!
so it was holding the last action in the spool when shifting fast..
and yes you tend to shift fast when you are in close quarters like next to a gate or fence during travel.
after all it is skid steer!

question on the auto sweep.. is it full auto??? or is it just a flow control when the buttons are pushed?
I looked for a good operation video... I did not see one that showed the controls during operation of the machine.
all of the manual controls now work perfect.

well in the Perkins fuel pump you need to use the oem Vermeer actuator!
they had put on a cheap china 50 buck unit!
the pull on the sol would not work with the pwm controls from vermeer!!
and the unit now works perfect!!
yup genuine parts when it comes to the computer parts sensors and actuator on this unit are a must!!
