Thanks hunter72. This is the saw that I purchased from you. It runs great and yes it does have lots of power compared to my 6400's! Now that I have two of those saws that is the only reason I am considering selling this one.

Did we sort out if the top end is OEM or not? Am I the only one not in the know?

Lol I was asking if your "like" was mocking the silly guy that didn't know when you answered.

I looked back in my emails with hunter72 and reached out to the member that built this saw for him. Neither of them had any receipts for parts or could recall what was put in aftermarket vs OEM.

If you pop the hood can you see anything on the cylinder?

I bought the saw as a 7900 from Murph or Murphy. he would be the one with receipts. Take some pictures and post them can you tell by that. I have a 7900 like new to compare to.

Nwp was the only company making am for them as far as I know, labeled them big bore kits to 84cc I believe, those were junk imo.

Nwp is just a company. They don’t make anything themselves. There’s a few brands out there selling the BB kits. I have one on my 6421 and it’s a strong saw.

I couldn't speak on longevity. Only have about 6 tanks through mine. I didn't even delete the base gasket on it. Eventually I'm going to take it apart and work some magic on it.

If Neil built it it should be a runner.

A video would be great OP.

I will try and get it tore apart to check the piston. It will be next week before I have any firewood that I can put it into and get a video of. Thanks.

@Yotaismygame that video started out looking like a dramatic action movie scene! Haha but I suppose it is with that beast! Good looking saw
