Moth Infestation

I now live in Ramah, NM... Sort of a Hot Spot for CV 19.
Anyway, last year we had a Major Infestation of Pine/Pinyon Moth. That is the first time that has happened in the 5 years I have lived here.
I would like to stop that happening again this year.
Any recommendations?

Bifenthrin, Permethrin, Spinosad, Carbaryl, Acelepryn, Malathion, just about anything that kills bugs...........

Can he use a systemic to protect the tree for next year @Raintree ? Imidacloprid?

This is a tip moth, it's what we call pine moth. Not sure what you have.
