Heya fellas,

I've been out of commission for a bit. Sold my tree biz in Los Angeles last year. Now I'm here in North Central PA (Tioga County) working as a pastor. That said, I miss tree work! I want to get into it again in a small way.

Anyone on this site from near wellsboro/mansfield area?? It's not a highly populated area. Only about 4,000 people in wellsboro, which is the biggest place within an hour drive.

So my questions are:
1. I'd like to do consulting. I've been ISA certified for several years now. Did a lot of it in LA. Is there a market for it around here??
2. Anyone need a climber part time??? I can climb probably 2-3 days a month. I did trees full time for about 10 years.

Hope you guys in Socal (Jeff!!) are enjoying the sunshine!!

Mike

Don't know much about tree climbing, but I'm about an hour south of Wellsboro near Williamsport. I'd guess that Williamsport is the biggest place within an hour.

I've traveled to Wellsboro several times for work. I always stop in at Al's Saw Shop. I've seen some good prices on used saws in there before, but I never pulled the trigger. Almost bought a Stihl 460 from him for $200. It was a logger saw and beat real good and had a little bit of scoring I piston. I asked if he had any project saws. He hadn't gone through it yet.

Anyways, welcome to PA.
