I set the cable of the tacho against the cylinder, just above the spark plug, is that right?

Idle speed sounds good now, (acceleration is also good) much better as in the other video. The high speed is rich. See if you can lean out the H screw a little bit (turn clockwise). You can go up to 13.000 RPM with the high speed. Above that speed you will not get a constand reading anymore because of the electronic speed limiter. But with 13.000rpm or near it you would still be a little on the rich side which would be good.
