Maybe as tight as you can get them left handed without grunting. Lol. Tighten them in 3 stages in an x pattern

Is it twisting within the length of the bit or stripping out inside the plastic handle? Do they feel like they're tight enough?

I guess I can't comment because I haven't experienced that. The bit I use doesn't flex a noticeable amount within itself

I checked it with the Stihl L handle one. No flex and it feels good.

One of them screws onto the top of the jug. The other looks like a grommet used to protect the wires coming through the case, can’t be sure though.

There are 2 that are nearly identical. Both are for the same wires. One goes in the aluminum case where the wires exit the recoil compartment and the other goes in the back bottom left of the carb box

That one has potential to not want to fit. I've pressed them in with the vise before

I didn’t figure out the brake handle is broken until I went looking for where this goes. Doh! I looked up the part number already.

So this pushes into the opening the wires go through right here?

See where it’s broken? How about drilling and tapping for a machine screw either side, and putting a piece of sheet metal across. The screws go through holes in the sheet metal, holding the broken piece in place. At the shop the guy was perplexed why he couldn’t find the serial number, I had this off. Doh!
