I have some kind of an evergreen tree that suddenly dried up and died this year (see first pic). I thought nothing of it as I assume trees have a certain life span. But now I just noticed I have another tree that is half dead (it’s the one in the forefront of the image) and I’m worried I have a bigger problem.

    Would anyone have any tips?

Buy a small chainsaw and some safety gear.

Looks like that will be the route we’ll be taking. I wish it weren’t so as we’ll be able to see our neighbour now.

Has anything hanged around the trees in the past year or two? Construction? Landscaping?
