Need help identifying this tree. Started growing from seed..tree is in Washington Puget sound..thought it was a weed and it turned into this....

You are correct it is weed. Looks like Tree of Heaven.

Kill it with herbicide before cutting it down (basal bark spray with Garlon or hack and squirt with Garlon or Tordon) otherwise you'll end up with thousands of root suckers all over the place.
