Need help keeping chain sharp!

Having trouble rocking out chains.
Can anyone give me tips, what am I doing wrong!

Apparently, this is an 046 Rootcutter, available in Japan! Never heard of it myself! Will wonders never cease.....
Chainsaws must be the most versatile tool known to man, theres so many uses - wood, buffalos, and now dirt and roots......

Dont worry too much, theres so much plastic on saws these days, I doubt conductivity comes into play much at all!!!.......
