    Anyone got a left front spindle for a 1969 C30 1 ton 2wd?

You can probably use a newer spindle, at least through 1972 before the chassis changed to the 73-87 style. I am not sure, But I believe the spindle is interchangeable beyond that as well...

Look in a hollander interchange manual. The 4wd spindles were the same from 72-75 then they changed. This may or may not be the case with the 2wd. Check the interchange manual to see what other vehicles use the same spindle.

Thanks for the replies, I managed to find one. Actually, I picked up another '69 C30 at an auction, for parts, and guess what? the left front spindle was buggered up on it, too! But it does have a 2 foot longer wheelbase, so my old truck is now a parts truck for it. :dizzy:
Anyhow, the spindle changed in 1970 on the 2wd, but 3/4 and 1 ton front suspension are apparently the same at least from that era.
What/where is the Hollander manual? sounds pretty useful.
