That looks like a good job. They decent? I imagine with the way of the world right now they're seeing a rise in sales with more people wanting to be semi self supported

Yes good job.
Wouldn't think you could sell that many water tanks.
Hours 0600 to 1400 so home in good time.
Only 10 mins from where I live so not much travel.

Between all the machines make about 10 tanks a day so about 50 a week.
And that's all for orders not stock.
Just for a little state like Tasmania.

Good stuff, we have 5x 6000gal, and a 5000gal
often wondered what what the process would look, smell and sound like, thanks for sharing the pics.

Do they vac them down to check for pinholes, or is it more to make it release from the external mould, or is it a totally different process ?

Cool pics, just wondering how many kg of plastic to make a tank of that size.

It blows air in to cool it down.(20 mins)
Use mold release on the molder for release.
425kg of powder for 24000
250kg of powder for 14100.

I think they used plastic water tanks as the basis for huts in Antarctica
