new splitter pics

A couple people asked for pics as I go so here they are. The chassie is
1 1/2x3 box channel. 9 hp motor 10 gal hyd. tank, and all the steel for the rod anchor and push plate.Ordered the piston and pump this week. Good friend is a pro welder so next weekend hopefully she'll come to life.
I'll post more pics when we finish the beam prep.

I'm at work today, but will be welding the engine support plate and bracket to the beam tomorrow.I'll post pic's when that's done

The beam with the engine mount. I still need to box in the wedge end. Just got the steel for that the other day, 3/8 dimond plate. The cylinder and pump will be here on wed. and the 4 way is coming this week as well.
Oh and the brown dog, she not only brings me phesants, she is one heck of a wood thief.

How do you like your 361? I love mine, very smooth and fast. Looks like you are going to have a great splitter when you are finished.

The 361 is unbelieveable. I got it for xmas and it was worth every penny.It cuts rings around my husky 61.But now the husky needs a new cylinder and piston, but that is on the back burner because of the splitter.
