Of Cearcuts and Woodticks

Hi There, here's a picture of my clearcut during the grub and burn.
The dude in the picture is a friend of mine who is going to cut some of the bodywood that was left behind in logs.
Just before I took the picture he slung the saw over his shoulder in greenhorn fashion, turned around and asked if fuel was leaking out. I said ya, and told him it was ok though as long as he didnt get to close to the fire.

I almost lost the truck when I started to slide over the edge into the pit below, so I chickened out and winched my self up. It didnt help that I saw a huge dozer slide off the edge , but luckily got corrected before all was lost.
