Picked up a Makita (Dolmar) 9000 from CL a while back and was going to ship it to somebody on the site. Well, after I got back from a 2 week vacation I noticed a puddle (not a tiny one) that had complete saturated the 2x8 underneath the saw and puddled on my bench. I plan to pull it a part and look at the oil line etc to see if it's leaking but is there any known issues with these saws? Anything else I should specifically look at?

Thanks in advance!

On my 9000 it was the oil line that would slowly weep around the molded seal.

What actions did you take to fix it? Looking where my leak is coming with the bar off (power head still intact) it would be in the same area. I'm betting it's the same issue.
