Ok wilt?

I planted this northern red oak last fall and it leafed out and took off right away this spring but noticing signs of curling leaves in a few areas and bugs. Is this oak wilt? Any idea what kind of bugs/how to keep them away?

Looks like frost damage, did you get hit with a late frost?

We did have a frost as the buds were swelling. I guess maybe that’s just the part of the leaf that got it! That makes me feel better. Are all those holes from bugs?

Could be shot hole leafminer hard to tell from pics. I would be more concerned about proper planting depth, check the root collar.
