I absolutely love the 21LPX over 21bpx.
But... I hate that it has sharpening angle of 25 degrees because i use husqvarna roller guide and it's designed for 30 degree angle.

Would there be any loss of performance if i reprofile them to 30 degree?

Appreciate the help.

I use the roller guide and hold the file at a different angle when I want a different angle.
I tried that, didint work out for me. Because there is nothing to look for to keep the 25 degree angle. For 30 degree all you had to do was keep the file paralel with the gauge.
And i just wanna stick to the 30 degree because it is the most common sharpening angle.

Changing the angle is not an issue. It's a matter of preference and what works for what and how you cut. Don't like it? Change it back. The only issue is changing the angle means filing off a little more metal (tooth life) than a regular resharpening.

I sharpen that same Oregon chain with my Stihl .325 guides at 30* without issue. I'm happy with the cutting results.
