We bought Osborn 2400 last year- we have two stores home 1600sqf ( main floor when the stove is 900) - I was hoping to get nice temperature but it seems it can’t go higher then 69 F when temperature outside is below 32? Is that how it supposed to be? What temperature should have

No easy answer and it depends...

On the layout, house air-tightness/sealing, insulation, the wood used, timing & filling methods, etc. You get the idea.
I have a smaller Osburn 1600 in our basement that punches way over its weight in heat output and rarely ever dip into oil burner in a 3,200 ft house.
For a ref point it is three levels incl the basement but nicely set around central stairs and foyer that transfer the heat up and I run 24/7 in season.

Welcome! :) You came to the right place and I have learned SO much from the group here.
Give us a better idea on the above and others will chime in - be sure to dig into the archives.
