OK, I will start off the Hotsaw Hall of Fame with Paul Bunyon. Paul did not have a hotsaw, but he had a big hot axe. The hotsaw of his day. He and his blue ox, named Babe, were so big that their footsteps created Minnesota's ten thousand lakes. Paul and Babe dug the Grand Canyon by dragging his axe behind him. They also created Mount Hood one night by piling rocks on top of their campfire to put it out.
When I was a kid there used to be huge carved Paul Bunyon on Highway 26 between Portland, OR and the coast. No longer there... dunno what happened to it. Now, on to the Hotsaw Hall of Famers in the post-axe era. Welcome to Arboristsite...
