I had a customer that has been patiently waiting for this carve since this past summer.
I'venever done a pelican before even though it's one of the most common carves out there, so I have to admit I was a little nervous if my version would be to her liking.
She's thrilled with it so far, and I'm satisfied with it as well so everybody wins I guess and this bird will be taking off to his new home soon as I add some eyeballs and finish laying on a few more coats of spar.
