Pine Tree Fungus?

Good morning. Can anyone identify this whitish slime on my pine tree? The tree is healthy except for this area and I am concerned about its health.

Zimmerman pine moth. It is appropriate to be concerned about tree health. Austrian pine? Around here, they are 25 year trees between this, Diplodia, and Dothistroma.
