Pioneer 650 tank leaks

I'm working on a pioneer 650 and I got it running tonight but when I took it outside to run it it all of a sudden started puking fuel and oil out the bottom of the fuel and oil tanks. Is there a way I can fix these ? I was thinking jb weld or something like that. It's not a clean saw it's just a old beat up saw so I'm not too concerned with the repair other than holding in the fluids.

If there are massive holes, then clean up the housings really good and apply JB weld. following that I'd recommend using redkote inside the tanks.
