Two years ago I got some fruit trees that for various reasons I could not get into the ground.
I "heeled" them into my vegetable garden, to save them, and they survived well. The peach even fruited last summer.
Since they were canted the growth is all off to one side.
Any pointers on how to go about transplanting them? Not sure how extensive root systems are yet. They can't stay in the vegetable garden.
