Please help identifying these Paulownia species

I have two Paulownia trees. One is a wonderful, straight growing tree with very few seed pods. The other is a nasty, bushy thing that keeps snapping limbs because of the weight of the pods. I would love to get many more of the nicer tree. Thanks all!

What an incredible difference between the trees. I don't see it commercially available from a quick search where I am - lots of states have it banned or listed as an invasive species.

Search "paulownia root cuttings propagation" and you will find articles about harvesting roots (from the good tree) and propagating that way. It may be possible from stem cuttings with a rooting hormone, but I did not see a reliable article for that.
