I think Lee Harvey said there was a ring company that would make any ring. I think it was Hastings.

Well that's good to know cant be too cheap but we dont run these old things cos they're cheap anyway

I know Hastings will do made to order rings for larger engines. Never thought of them for small engines.

The early poulan 25 is SOLD to collector for $10. Has the stack muffler, manual oiler only. One with busted tank.

Glad to see it go to someone will to fix for collection.

Is there a standard taper system used for US &/or German flywheel shaft bore tapers? Similar to Morse taper on machine tool shafts.

Looking at getting a flywheel reamer made.

I have never run across any reamer or spec sheet on tapers
