Found a YouTube video. These are pictures of the tv screen. These guys are making perfect lumber out of a 5’ diameter tree with chainsaws only. No shirt, no shoes, no problem!

Whats the question?
Experience will win over safety equipment most every time, but pride comes before the fall.
Be safe and learn the techniques that will keep you safe whether you have the proper PPE or not.
PPE can be a hindrance to getting a job done, but it can save your life.
Are you feeling lucky today :popcorn2:.
Be blessed my friend.
