After using this saw a pretty good amount over the last 7/8 years, I finally started having small carb problems with it this spring. I pulled the carb off to rebuild and noticed that my saw was very dirty and neglected... One thing led to another and now I've completed disassembled the saw. I'm cleaning everything thoroughly. Ring gap was at 0.018" and piston has some light wear on the lower part of the skirt. Both probably would be fine, but since I have it torn apart I'm going throw a new crank seals, piston, ring, and wrist pin bearing in. This saw has been a joy to run. FYI, I've ran Amsoil Saber between 32:1&50:1 exclusively. I recently ordered Maxima K2 to run just for kicks.
