just the one would look great. the wall and the other would not look as nice over the years. on the ankle, but without a name. as you stated, it was to remind you of him, not everyone else. and some other guy wouldn't appreciate another's name on you. at least you'll know why it's there and that's all that matters.

    just my opinion :)

So, you're thinking just the gladiola flower?
Maybe the gladiola with the little bunch of forgetmenots in front of a few mossy rocks?
I think you're right about not doing the stone wall all around the ankle.... might look like one of those ankle monitors those on probation wear. :D

    How's this?

And after looking at the photos from the two shops, I think I'd go with the younger artists... they do excellent detail work.

I'm not quite sure but it may be a bit tender with the needle work over the Achilles tendon.

My advice, which as usual nobody gives a **** about, is don't. At least do some research on the toxicity of tat ink and the less toxic options available.
If nothing else it'll make the tat artist think you know a little about his/her game.
    And stuff.

For some reason I find myself wanting to grab a hunk of Silly Putty
and try to take prints off of her.
I was her neighbor, I'd probably be giving the putty to her grand kids.

I'll sit here and post irreverent stuff about the copious ink jobs.
    But you know what guys?
Someones tattoos will never run off into my yard & kill the trees or wake me in the middle of a good nap, shine through the windows like car headlights, honk like a horn, etc & so on.

possibly one of the most expressive & noticeable things a person can do without it directly bothering my little world.

:surprised3: Maybe I'll start out with just the gladiola.:D
    Seriously.
If that goes well, I can always embellish later.

Depends on who's looking for me.....and why.
Small, inconspicuous tattoos on a female are much more appealing than a body full of them.

For some reason, I imagine a female that has a body mostly covered in tats would be more likely to kill me in the middle of the night while sleeping. :popcorn2:
