pruning pole

I am looking for a pruning pole...long stick with a saw, curved, on the top and
a pair of cutting or loppimg shears, whatever you call them at the top that you
can use by pulling a rope to cut small branches. Do you carry this, and what is
the price and how may I order? Thanks.
