To my knowledge there's no rack in production designed for arborist rigging, but another climber and I have noted that it would be great to have a big rappel rack since it wouldn't twist the rope like a portawrap. The CMI racks are strong, with the MBS of the strongest at 19,000lbs (84.5kN) but I'm unaware of anyone using them for rigging. The strong models look to not have the bars that swing open to load midline like the smaller 10,000lb MBS models. This feature would be important for rigging.
 
I'm not fond of the idea.

For starters the rope twisting the Port-a-wrap causes isn't a problem for me as they are usually mid line and disappear as soon as the load is removed.
Agreed. And, if the line does hockle a bit, just reverse the direction of installing it into the PW
