so im rebuilding a husky 55 and ran into a issue, I rebuilt the saw and have a air leak when doing a compression test
I put a new warhawk cylinder piston kit on it
new cross crank bearings and seals
and a cylinder gasket
everything went together great no issues, so I put the saw back together and did a compression test and with in 20 seconds I was watching the needle slowly go down.
I was wondering what areas go bad as I resued the impulse pipe and the bigger rubber hose and carb gasket

You are saying compression test but are you meaning to say vacuum and pressure test? If you are indeed using a compression gauge, then it's probably just leaking down.

I never reuse the little impulse pipe when doing a new piston and cylinder on 55s. I throw a new one on every time.
