image.jpeg I have two red maples that I planted about 6 months ago in the back yard that are losing their leaves. The soil is sandy clay and I am wondering what the issue is and how I can fix it. Please see photos and advise of your thoughts. I have my sprinklers set for three times per week.

I'm not sure where you live, must be pretty hot if you have sprinklers going still?
Around here tge leaves are just about all dropped. Expecting snow anytime now, though it's been crazy hot tge last few days, got in the upper 50s even!

Anyhow, the trees I planted that lost leaves early didn't make it through the winter. 2probably too stressed and our normal -20 and near 100mph winds winters finished them off.
