By the way, Installed the new old stock condenser and still got nothing. Being that its new old stock, I guess it could have been bad from age

Do you know the model numbers that will work on a Tecumseh AH-81 ?

Unfortunately I dont this ebay Coil looks anything like mine. I dont know how it would bolt on or work
Looks like it would work. I compared it to some of my AH-81's and the only difference that I see is the primary wires are clocked 180 degrees from the original but there is room for them between the coil and breaker box.

Oh I see, I didn't realize the coil came apart like that. Does it come further a part to easy to swap the spark plug wire?

Where did you get the Tecumseh part number 610-371 from? Because it looks like these would be a close fit too possibly?

Hello,

I was hoping someone can help me. I have a Old Roots Luberjack chainsaw with a Tecumseh AH-81 engine. Im guessing this chainsaw was hardly used because of its amazing shape with minimal wear to the original paint. However, the carburetor is missing and I’m trying to figure out what exact model was used. From what I can find on the Internet, It would be a Tillotson HL series but there are many HL models. I found out on one website a different brand chainsaw with the same engine may have a HL-66 but I can’t find anything on this carburetor.

Does anyone have any chainsaws with this model engine? Would you be able to tell me which carburetor would run this chainsaw properly?

I would really appreciate any help anyone can give me or if you can point me in the right direction.

Thank you!
Chris Doherty
