    Ok,

I have - treemotion harness, roperunner attached to a swivel pulley on the bridge. A chest harness to tether. CM foot ascender on right foot and HAAS velox on left leg.

I don’t look like Mark Chilsom walking up the rope!!

I get there but find I have to also pull my weight up using my arms (with a hand ascender).

What am I doing wrong that means I need to burn energy using my arms?

Your hands should just be holding you vertically. Take small steps until you get the rhythm down. Keep the lower half of your foot ascender leg nice and linear with the rope and your toe pointed slightly down.

That's some funny stuff right there.
    Don't worry, I don't either .
Pretty sure he hangs on another forum.
