We weren't told. Gregg sent them out and asked for feedback.
I liked it enough to buy it.

Bummer, your review had me interested. Most of the logs I cut have dirt in the bark by the time I drag them to the road for bucking so I'm always looking for good chain... hopefully a cheaper alternative to stihl!

    Thanks for your review

Keep an eye on this thread. I imagine that Gregg will chime in at some point.

I heard from Gregg. The chain is still in the works.
I asked for an ETA on availability but haven't heard back yet.
I look forward to it hitting the market.

    Howdy,
This chain has been a work in progress for many years. They just want to make sure they've got all the i's dotted, and t's crossed before introduction. I really don't know when there'll be a release.
    Regards
    Gregg

    Hi Gregg,

I've been using the loop of 3/8 .050 72 drive links that you sent me. It is a good cutting chain and has been durable. One problem is I got into some fencing inside an old pine tree and have lost three cutter teeth, so I need 3 teeth.

I'm in no hurry at all and can gladly wait until this chain hits the market.

I'm round filing it and using it on a Stihl 036. I like it.

    Howdy,
I handed out everything I had so, I don't have spare parts. Still no word on the release date.
    Regards
    Gregg

Damn. I really like that chain. I'be been using it exclusively, on my 562xp, since you sent it to me. I've had it in some dirty wood and it holds an edge really well.
I'd choose this chain over any of the other brands I've used. For my application, turning dirty logs into heat, it's perfect.
Thanks again for sending me a loop to play with.

That's cool, keep us posted. Seems to be a good chain. It's still cutting straight with three teeth missing on one side. Thanks again.

    Howdy,
I know they were going to go after .063 in .325 first to try and hit the Stihl market that runs them.
