Gents,

I’m looking for either a complete kit, or recommendations on the best approach for putting together a climbing kit. Thanks in advance!

Wesspur viking kit. I have it it's been very good to me came with 3 beaners 120ft rope , persik cord, lanyard and a few other things I think. Also bought a foot assender, hard hat, saw lanyard and a handsaw

Piece by piece. There are some good kits out there but start with the basics and you will figure out what works for you and what you want to change.
Get a comfortable saddle, don't cheap out here. Try as many as you can first. $300 can get you in something really good.
Climbline, handsaw, lanyard, helmet, and a carabiner or two will get you started. Make your own lanyard with a friction hitch adjuster and save some bucks.
