Simpson Dura Vent Chimney Leak

I have a Simpson Dura Vent chimney system and it leaks when we get a heavy rain. I think the rain is blowing under the storm collar and up through the ventilated flashing. Has anyone had this problem?

I have the same chimney system (about one year) and haven't noticed that problem.

Do you have a bead of sealant (caulking) around the top of the storm collar?
