I try to stay away from this small stuff since I don't have anything set up yet to hold these as I carve.
On the other hand, some days I just want to carve and have to work with the little wood I have.
This was a pretty simple design that probably took me twice as long if not longer than a larger version would have.
At the very least, I really need to start screwing these small ones down to a base so I can line 'em up and really crank 'em out,lol!

That’s a nice piece! I like how it’s smaller looking.how were u holding it down?
Thanks man... I didn't have it secured so I wasted a lot of time rolling it around trying to control it. I'll probably pick up one of those Jawhorses this spring or summer to hold my small stuff as I carve.
Until then I'll just have to start screwing them to a piece of plywood or something.
