    Yeah, well that doesn't really clarify much. Normal and reasonable doesn't have any real legal meaning. I have been doing 80mph on an interstate highway, but I was holding up traffic. Them Texans drive fast.

    I would have to confirm that it was a female first of all. After that I think that the pizza would be treated like parsley on a dinner plate, where it gets pushed to the side before I eat

    You can hold up traffic if obeying the law (speed limit) requires you to do so.
