I was putting together a 015AV Frankenstein saw last night out of spare parts and had no functioning housing. I did however have two sprung recoil springs and decided that I'd grunt real loud and try real hard to get one back in. That was holding up the whole project as I can't start the thing without one!
Anyway, after an hour, 5 tries and only getting tagged in the happy sack once I won the battle and got it in nice and snug, no spring overlap and retainer in the groove. Got a new circlip this morning and a new pull rope. What a pain in the a$$ or sack as it were! Ohhhh well, I don't want anymore kids anyway!
I just hope it runs like a raped ape after all this trial and tribulation! Josh.
