Depends on who's looking for me.....and why.

I have a plaque on the wall above my workbench in my garage / shop.

It reads: If you just politely state your business and leave quietly, no one will get hurt.

When my dad was a manager at IBM, he used to keep a nutcracker on his desk. :p I guess that's what his employees thought of him.

I found that carrying a gun on my hip worked wonders, and the vast majority of those that I encountered, usually agreed with me, no matter the subject.

That wouldn't work in a post office though. ;)
Just this week, I had to ask a convenience store owner to please take his weapon outside.

Slack? Sometimes horn tooters need a reality check. Know what i'm sayin?

You seem angry. You ever think about getting professional help with that?

Your cyber crush shouldn't affect your judgement, unless it's already cloudy.

    Carry on then.

Nope, I feel quite confident that I was spot-on in my assessment. Even more so, now that you replied to my post.

The mentally challenged are usually unaware of their condition, even confident that they're fine.

    Your response backs that up.

You sure seem to think that you know a lot, for not knowing squat. It's gonna be fun busting your chops if you choose to stick around.

The padded envelope that was "in transit" from the main post office 30 miles away on Jan 14th showed up yesterday.

Some years ago, when I still had my FFL, I sent a box to an address in Colorado via UPS. I tracked it's progress all the way, and found that it arrived in the city that it was addressed to, but then was sent back to Phoenix and then back to my town.

Once back in my town, it went back to Phoenix and then eventually to the city in Colorado. No idea what-so-ever why it did what it did. I was very upset, as the guy that I sent it to, was mad at me. I even sent him the tracking # so that he could see what was going on.

I sent a letter to the CEO of UPS. I relayed to him in full, what had occurred. Long story made short(er), I was sent a check for double the amount of what I had paid and two free Red Label pre-paid UPS shipping envelopes and an apology.

I reimbursed the buyer his postage that I had charged him to ship, and sent him one of the Red Label envelopes.

    Another satisfied customer...
Mistakes happen, it's how we respond to them that makes a difference between a happy customer and one who's not.

Btw, we had one a Xmastime that did similar to yours... it went to Chattanooga, then to Nashville, then back to Chattanooga and then to the local office - twice - before we finally figured out what was going on. The customer had cut out his address from an envelope, with the intelligent mail barcode (like in the photo), he had received in the mail and taped it onto the box as his return address.
    1200px-Intelligent_Mail_Barcode_Wiki22.png

One machine at our plant read the barcode on the tracking label correctly and sent it on to the next stop, where a different machine read the other barcode and sent it back home to him, as it should have. Lol
We fixed it and a few days later it was delivered.
    There is Always a reason.

If you don't count Halloweens and the bags of candy that my young nephews had, I'm good.

Who's the seller and where is it shipping from?
I'm assuming, like the previous complainer, you don't want to share the tracking number with me so I can help you?
