I’m looking at 029 super how do I know it’s not a 029 imposter? Can you tell by looking other than the sticker?

Bore size. Stick a wood skewer in the exhaust port and rotate the piston up to make a Mark. Then measure

I’ve owned a 029 a 290 and a 029 Super and there‘s no reason to worry which you’re getting .. they all run identically...you’ll never miss the .040 bore difference.
