Saw #3 150 psi compression and spark. Throttle on carburetor doesn’t close all the way.

My grandfather is looking for the flywheel (fan wheel), would any of these saws have one? I know I would have to buy the whole saw instead of just the one part, just want to make sure all parts are there.
